Winebrenner & Associates'
Bike Fit
Do you have knee or hip pain... neck or back soreness... foot, hand or saddle numbness while you ride?

Have you always felt too stretched out?  Do your riding buddies tell you to
"pull your knees in"?

A bike fit can help.

Our bike fits are not about determining the correct frame size. Chances are if you purchased your bike from a reputable shop, the frame size is perfectly acceptable.  We will fit your bicycle to your unique body architecture for maximal comfort and efficiency.

We systematically fit you from head to toe to arrive at your very best position on the bike. Our bike fits start with measuring and adjusting leg extension, knee over pedal spindle, shoulder, elbow and wrist position.

We then customize the foot pedal interface to meet your unique needs, by assessing and adjusting front/back and side-to-side positions and rotation of the foot.  Lastly and most importantly, varus/valgus angulation of the foot is measured and corrected using patented cleat wedge technology.

All with one common goal: Increase efficiency and decrease pathology.
Instead of spending money on seat posts, stems and other bike parts using the trial and error method, why not invest the money on a bike fit?  We fit you with pedal spacers, wedges and shims as indicated.  And we make recommendations for necessary seat post, handlebar or stem changes.

In addition to their professional credentials, our bike fitters have received specialty bike fit training with biomechanical assessment of cycling by
Bike Fit Systems, LLC® based in Seattle, WA.
Bike Fit Testimonial:

"Did Bike Fit with a buddy.  He had chronic knee pain for years; I had no issues but went along for the 'ride'.

Bike Fit helped my friend a lot - he no longer has any knee pain and is riding better than ever (200 miles +/- a week) down in Florida.  It helped me, too - canting my cleats and moving the saddle back has made me a more efficient climber.

Could tell the difference first time I rode.
Definitely money well spent, given how much
time we spend on the bike..."
